These terms of use apply to all language and communication courses offered via the website tabletalkspeech.com. The provider is TabletTalkSpeech GmbH, Harry-Ernst-Platz 25c, reachable at info@tabletalkspeech.com.
By booking a course, you agree to these terms. Deviating regulations require our written consent.
We offer digital courses to improve language and communication skills. The content includes structured lessons, exercises, and accompanying materials aimed at developing practical language competencies.
The courses are offered in various formats, including self-study modules and live webinars. The exact content and scope are described on the respective course page.
The contract is concluded by your binding booking and our confirmation via email. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or credit card.
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to block access to the course.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital courses that you use in full before the withdrawal period expires, this right expires.
You receive a non-transferable, personal right to use the course content. Passing on, reproducing, or making publicly available is prohibited.
During the courses, you undertake to interact respectfully and constructively with other participants and trainers. In the event of violations, we may exclude you from the course.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for the violation of essential contractual obligations. Liability for simple negligence is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.
The courses serve personal further education. We assume no guarantee for achieving specific language skills or professional goals. Learning success depends largely on your own commitment.
Individual courses end upon completion of the booked module. Subscriptions run for the agreed minimum term and are automatically renewed for the same period unless terminated in due time.
Termination must be made in writing by email to info@tabletalkspeech.com. In the event of early termination by the customer, the claim for a refund of amounts already paid is forfeited.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect.
If you do not object to the changes within two weeks of receiving the notification, they are deemed accepted. We will draw your attention to this deadline in the change notification.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is our registered office, provided you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a statutory provision corresponding to the economic purpose shall apply.
